The court finally allowed the company to sell its properties and clear the debts of the investors.
All the applicants who were to receive payment from the company filled out a new application with official documents and they were registered as official investors by the team of retired revenue officials.

Dr. Nowhera Shaik recently went to survey the property of Tolichowki which is worth nine hundred crores. The court has already given sale boards in all the properties of The Heera Group of companies. The rate of commercial property fixed is one lakh eighty thousand while the price varies according to the quantity. The residential property spreads over an area of three lakh square yards. The people from the Heera Group family can buy the properties in that case their return amount will be deducted from the property. Dr. Nowhera Shaik is happy that finally her people have smiles on their faces and everyone will be living happily again.
