The past two years have been very rough for Ms. Nowhera Shaik and her company, the Heera Group. All the operations of the group were kept on hold due to the allegations and accusations made by the investors of the Heera GroupThe investors claimed that they received money from the Heera Group and yet few accused that they were not given money as Ms. Shaik, the owner and Chief Executive Officer ran a Ponzi scheme, which is absolutely baseless. She was taken into custody by Police for investigation purposes. After all the investigations, the Supreme Court announced that the details could not be found by the Forensic Science Laboratory Division or FSL crew from the data center of the Heera Group, and the engineers and data experts from Heera Group were invited to verify the investor’s claim under the supervision of the FSL.
All the correct data would be retrieved that would help in the case. The Supreme Court also investigated the details of the properties of the Heera Group that were accused of being illegal. The Heera Group indeed owned those properties, and their 87 properties were returned to be sold to fulfill the investor’s claim. The interference of any other Government lead investigation agencies was restricted other than the Serious Fraud Investigation Office or SFIO. The SFIO is the agency working regarding the case, and any questions regarding the case must be referred to them. Ms. Shaik is now relieved from all the tensions she was born of the case. She’s optimistic and thinks that the almighty helps the people who have true intentions for the sake of humanity. She has resumed social work. Recently Ms. Shaik was in the certificate distribution ceremony of the Jamiatun-Niswan As-Salafia institution run by Ms. Shaik. It is a Madrassa institution that provides free education for women. Ms. Shaik believes in more hard work than anything else. She is determined to fulfill her country’s dreams for the people.
Relief for Ms. Nowhera Shaik
