On the fifth of December 2022, the Supreme Court gave its final verdict on the Heera Group case and it came as clearing the company with proper respect. Dr Nowhera Shaik was in Delhi for the Hearing of the court her eyes were full of tears of joy along with a sense of relief from all the harassment she and her Heera Group family have faced.
The Precious Moment
Dr Nowhera Shaik has told that she felt an amazing feeling after the judge gave their final judgement. All the properties were handed over to the court for verification purposes to settle the debt of approx. three hundred and fifteen crores. The SFIO verified them and then the company were allowed to put them on sale. In the meanwhile, another obstacle came as due to a political grudge some political leaders filed an FIR against Dr Nowhera Shaik for trespassing into an illegal property while the whole marked area belongs to the company. The court investigated the matter and the FIR was dismissed as it was baseless.
Celebratory mood
Dr Nowhera Shaik is very much happy as justice was given to her and her family, the people who stayed with her during the hard times and didn’t leave her hand in the difficulties. The people are getting their debts cleared as the properties are being sold. Dr Nowhera Shaik returned to Hyderabad after winning the case. She was grandly welcomed at the airport as the people from her Heera Group family and her fans gathered to congratulate her. The crowd was full of flower bouquets and sweets while the sweetest smile of Dr Nowhera Shaik surpassed each and everything there.
