A woman who reforms society through her nobility, hard work, and perseverance is born once in a decade. But she beholds the capability to plant the seeds of hope and determination among thousands of other women, which grow to become strong trees of strength and shelter for many others. We, Indians, share the pride of having such a jewel amidst us, who is none other but our very own Ms. Nowhera Shaik.

She has built herself from scratch. She was born in a typical middle-class family where she had no one to support her dreams financially or mentally. But that never stopped her from dreaming. She kept on struggling under society’s restrictions, took responsibility for her younger siblings and parents, and step by step went ahead to build her dream company, the Heera Group of Companies. She was not successful in a day; years after years, she maintained her patience and suffered the mockeries of the patriarchal society but strived to be different, be successful, and be on the right path in life.

Her urge to serve society inspired her to form her political party, which promoted women’s empowerment and liberty, named The All India Mahila Empowerment Party. The party worked on the issue of women’s representation in our nation’s Parliament. It has also served the oppressed people of our society by educating them, employing them in different branches of the Heera Group, and sometimes paying for their medical expenses. The party never differentiates between its workers based on caste, creed, and religion. Everyone is given equal opportunities to give their opinions and work for humanity under the shelter of the party.
