She paved the path for education for hundreds of students
Her entrepreneurial journey began early. Rather than turning into a shopper of wealth, Dr. Nowhera Shaik selected to become a creator. Born in 1973 within the little village of Kallur, Chittoor District, state, the enterprising girl went on to start the MNII, associate degree Urdu and Arabic development society, with one hundred fifty students. Out of the 150, a hundred and twenty students belonged to a poor background. They got free education. In 2008, she started the business of gold export and import referred to as Heera Gold. Heera cluster has been mercantilism their merchandise to more than fifty Countries. Soon, the cluster distributed its operations. And then, there was no trying back.

Her efforts are recognized by numerous awards like Best Leadership Award for Industrial Development from IEDRA (Indian Economic Development & analysis Association), New Delhi, well-known for its powerful shortlisting standards. Dr. Nowhera Shaik received this award from luminaries like Dr. GV Krishnamurthy (former Election Commissioner of India), Major Ved Prakash (AICC secretary), Jogeender Singh (former CBI director), academic SS Bhakri (Director of Institute of international organization and UNESCO Studies), Ranjan Uberoi (Secretary General of IEDRA), and Justice OP Verma (former Governor and judge of India).
Dr. Nowhera Shaik’s name was listed in the SUPER a hundred Magazine in conjunction with the important leaders within the world. She has conjointly been a recipient of the statesman Priyadarshini Award, 2012; smart Business Awards from Emirates Gold, besides ICICI Bank’s best shopper award. Union Minister Smriti Irani gave ‘Vishishta Mahila Ratna Samman Award to Dr. Nowhera Shaik.
