The properties were slowly given back by the honorable Supreme court after the legal issues were sorted. A special investigation sector from the Income Tax department was sent for investigating the properties of the Heera Group. They also cleared all the properties and they were eligible for being sold to return to the investors. The three prime properties were Shakipet, Tolichowki, and Mandal which were estimated to be worth 900 crores! Any one of those three can be sold to clear the due while the company still has other 87 properties to be sold to pay them.
