The protesters were allegedly striding towards the District Collector’s residence and were interrupted by the police personnel. Police arrests five
In conclusion, shortly after the shootout, a man named Rohit Godara, who identified himself as a member of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang on Facebook, claimed responsibility for the murder, saying it was revenge for the deaths of Anandpal Singh and Balbir Banuda. However, the Facebook post was later deleted. Rajasthan police arrested five, including a minor, in connection with the murder of a gangster this morning. The accused also fired at the policemen when they tried to nab them and two of the five accused sustained bullet injuries in the crossfire, police said.
