Supreme Court intervenes in troubled case of religious hate-fest in Himachal Pradesh

However, the judges retorted that these events do not happen abruptly unless they are fuelled by a series of incidents that get encouraged. They don’t happen overnight. These are announced in advance. There are already instructions of the Supreme Court
Meanwhile, in the Uttarakhand case, the judges took note of the affirmation given by the state government that authorities are confident that no unforeseen conjecture will be made during the event and all steps as per the arbitraments of the court will be taken.
