It is a human instinct to enjoy complete independence. Although the shackles of discipline are a must, everybody wants to enjoy the independence that sets their wings free. Each country, person and place have their own struggling story to achieve independence. The great country of India has a great tale of gaining independence. It has been seventy-five years since the country gained its independence.
Women had been a significant part in the struggle. There are famous female reformers who helped to free India from the shackles of British rule. Till today women are becoming a prominent part of Indian Society. From entrepreneurs to the head of a political party women are everywhere. To celebrate the auspicious occasion AIMEP wishes everybody a happy and prosperous Independence day.
AIMEP and Nowhera Shaik
The AIMEP or the All Indian Mahila Empowerment Party is a political party that was designed to work for the betterment of the lives of women and children in India. The head of the party Ms. Nowhera Shaik is a prime example of how women have achieved an important position in society. She’s an entrepreneur, a philanthropist, a social activist as well as the Chief Executive Officer of the Heera Group. Ms Shaik has always raised her voice against the mistreatment of women in society.
Women’s Empowerment
Ms Nowhera Shaik has worked for the women in several ways. She has built schools for the females and started new job schemes for them along with providing capital for small-scaled business start-ups. When asked why she’s doing these things Ms Shaik said that women have been a prominent part of the Indian culture while they have always been neglected by society. Now on as we are coming closer to celebrating the seventy-fifth year of Independence we must give women the proper respect that they deserve.
