Dr. Nowhera Shaik fighting for justice for her enterprise

Dr. Nowhera Shaik, the chief executive and founder of the firm was given temporary bail by the Hon’ble Court on the situation that she would resolve the demands of the shareholders. The temporary bail was elongated from time to time it was made absolute on 05.08.2021.

Strong business ethics maintained:

Dr. Nowhera Shaik has always manifested to be a wise and law obedient Indian and has time and again coordinated with every committee involved in this case. However, the Hon’ble Court has also conveyed its faith in the intentions of Dr. Nowhera Shaik and has acknowledged granting regular bail. In May 2022, when SFIO had petitioned the Apex Court regarding the dissolution of her bail, the Supreme Court dissolved the SFIO’s request. This judgment once again verified that Hon’ble Supreme Court has firm faith in Dr. Nowhera Shaik’s deeds.
Cooperation from Heera Group’s side:
The Heera Group has submitted all required papers regarding properties evaluated of around Rs 900 crore to both SFIO and the Income Tax valuation committee to return the investors’ money. The move to offer expensive properties is to uphold the trust of investors above personal interest. All actual investors are considered to be part of the Heera group family and will remain part of its significant business journey.
Demand for justice:
And now we come to Heera Group information that went unnoticed, Dr. Nowhera Shaik has insisted many times to handover her data back to her but all she received was hope. Heera Group of companies has not gotten their information from the Central Crime Station (CCS) police, Hyderabad. Three long years have passed since the Supreme court of India asked them to hand over the information to the Heera Group but has still not gotten any data from them. The inquiry committees had denied access to more than 240 bank accounts of Heera Group of companies. Many applications were submitted but the accounts remain still locked. This shows the good and genuine motive of Heera Group. Now everything is upon the court’s decision because Heera Group has already tried its best to sort things out.
