The political party’s actions According to AIMEP, it is essential to uphold the legal provisions of the Indian Constitution with sincere faith and allegiance. In addition, upholding and promoting democratic, secular, and socialist ideals is essential. The party hopes to liberate the oppressed and eradicate illiteracy, poverty, and injustice by advancing social equality, peacefully stirring up the population, stimulating movement, and encouraging participation in the legal and political process.
Members and committee
The All India Mahila Empowerment Party’s membership is made up of activists who have joined Article V of the AIMEP Constitution. In addition, officers and members of the Executive Committees of each part/booth, polling place, village, town block, assembly district, state committee, national working committee, and any other local committees and associate organizations that owe allegiance to the party elected by Article VII, irrespective of their official names.
All about election
Dr. Nowhera Shaik also adds members of the State Working Committee and party officials to the list of members. There will be no repercussions for any member who challenges a nomination made by the All India Mahila Empowerment Party in an election that is being held by either the Election Commission of India or the State Election Commission of the relevant state. In this scenario, membership will end immediately.
