The All India Mahila Empowerment has been formed by Dr Nowhera Shaik, who put her best efforts to protect the rights of women, children, and citizens belonging to weaker sections of society. A person is guaranteed humanity under certain rights, which are the Fundamental Human Rights. The human rights of a citizen are the most important right for the development of the society and every single individual of the society.
Human Rights have made the environment a much better place due to the incorporation of Human Rights a country or even a state can be developed into an entity where citizens exist a life of worth and significance.
On realizing that women who belong to the underprivileged section of the Indian society are devoid of any fundamental rights and instead exploited to the extreme on basis of religion, poverty, and so on. Nowhera Shaik has always felt a sense of responsibility towards them. Hence, she devised a careful plan to establish the All India Mahila Empowerment Party to empower all such women who are bound to contain their aspirations to themselves because of the unjust rules the society imposes on them.
Being a victim of such discrimination and judgments, Nowhera can relate to the plot of the women belonging to the underprivileged section better than anyone else. She understands the need for a society that would create the same conditions of evaluation for men and women to create an India which every citizen would be proud of.
She aims to create conditions that would encourage every woman to dream big and be confident enough to grow to their full stature. Nowhera believes that if enriched with proper education and exposure, women can make huge progress in whichever field they involve themselves in.
Nowhera Shaik revealed that she is very hopeful of a society where injustice and discrimination will be soon replaced with encouragement and justice for every single citizen.
