Dr. Nowhera Shaik is presently the Iron Lady of Indian business who focuses on the development and wellbeing of the Indian youth. Her courage, determination, resilience, and ethics are some of the attributes that place her at the crest of women’s empowerment. With a financial empire of a few crores, she is the founder and CEO of the Heera Group of companies. Dr. Shaik formed the All India Mahila Empowerment Party on 12th Nov 2017. At the age of just 19, she started teaching Quran to local impecunious girls. Although her educational campaign started with only six school girls, it grew into a batch of 3000 girls.

While trying her hands in different careers and venturing into several businesses, Nowhera Shaik gave a shot at gold trading marking the establishment of the Heera Group of Companies. Formed in 1998, the Heera Group today not only deal with gold. It has its vast workability in the sectors of importing, textile trading, and tour & traveling. Trading in real estate is also a prime part of this company. In addition, the Heera Mart, located in Hyderabad is a popular shopping mall and an essential sector of their enterprise. With a turnover of about Rs. 800 crores in 2017-19, Heera Group became one of the significant Indian conglomerate industries.
The political leader
Above all, Dr. Shaik is an able political leader as well. As mentioned earlier she founded the All India Mahila Empowerment Party on 12th Nov 2017. The only aim of the party was to give the nation’s social mark a better shape. It looks after the needs and well-being of women and encourages them to become financially free. Her outspoken nature and noble behavior are something that sets her different from the rest. With the aim of reforming the society for better, Dr. Shaik is the youth icon of India.
