The company has a clean chit with them and still, their belongings are under seized by the court. The company is demanding back all of the seized properties so that they can clear the debt of the remaining investors. Today they are suffering with this situation of the properties being on hold due to the inability of the TSFSL to retrieve data files from their data Centre. The government-run organization was given the task to collect the data of genuine investors from the Data Centre of the company, but the deadline crossed a long time back and still, they are out of any data.
The Remedy
Now the Supreme Court has declared that the Heera Group can collaborate with the SFIO to collect the data of the real claimants in the company under the team set up of some retired chief officials. This will take the case further steps toward the victory of Heera Group as well as the honesty of Dr. Nowhera Shaik. No new application will be entertained as the investors are going to be paid once the seized properties are given back so the company can produce their nine hundred crores in the form of their Tolichowki Residence.
