A long-distance has been covered. Time went on as an eternity. Everyone on the team is exhausted but still, there’s a smile on their face as the whole group is nearly home. A home of normal things. A home where everyone has peace and can live without any problems. They are happy as the destination they have wanted to reach is only a mile away. No, I’m not telling any adventure story but it’s an inspirational one that how a company going through thick and thin managed to make it to the end where victory stands with a bouquet of appreciation. They are none other than Dr. Nowhera Shaik leads the Heera Group of companies.
The Highs and the Lows
The company is struggling with the situation in the Supreme court case for years now as the verdict is coming out slowly. Recently the highest civil jurisdiction of the country cleared them out of all the false allegations laid against them. As a result, all the belongings that were sieged by the court must be released but it didn’t happen as planned. The company have filed a request to release their belongings so that they can produce their property to satisfy the financial needs of their investors. The thing is delayed but has been assured that the company will get them back as soon as possible.
One More Mile!
The TSFSL was unable to report to the Supreme court with the data, so the SFIO was given the task to do so. Accordingly, a list of investors whose payment is left was made. The company already produced the nine hundred crore property of Tolichowki. Now after going through the data files again the court has stated that the file consists of several imposters who are frauds and non-eligible for getting payment from the company. As they trust in Dr. Nowhera Shaik and the company, the court has given the investors another chance to submit their documents by 30th November to get the payment. As soon as this procedure is done the company will receive the final list of investors and the payments will start.
Dr Nowhera Shaik is relieved as the company is moving back to the tension-free normal days where everyone is at peace.
