A tiger has been spotted in the Chikkanandi village in Mysore, creates panic among the residents as the village is quite is far from the forest. A video of the movement capturing the tiger moving has been noticed by the people of the Chikkanandi Taluk in Mysore. The village is situated near the Mysuru-Manandawadi Road in the taluk.
The residents demanded that the forest departments take immediate action pertaining to their concern, as all of the age groups are meant to be very scary. The tiger kills, harms, and even hurts a lot of people. If at all not taken the necessary actions from the respective departments, the loss of lives may happen in causing hurt to each individual. According to the same location’s range officer Madhu, the tiger emerged from the forest a few hours ago. The departments will not be driving back into the forest as they observed for a couple of hours from a far place.
Instead, the departments will also launch an operation to tranquilize, capture, and release them in the dense forest so that, the residents of the place might be out of fear and will be able to travel out with confidence. Three tamed elephants, including Dasara howdah-carrier Abhimanyu, have been brought to capture the tiger. At least from the checks of the elephant, tiger can be identified where it was been present, and the actions to be progressed accordingly for the safety of everyone.
The operation has started on a Monday morning, Every moment of the tiger has been monitored in order to capture it. The residents of Chikkanandi village and the surrounding villages have been warned not to come out of their houses until the tiger has been successfully captured by the respective departments.
