In 2018, Dr. Nowhera Shaik filed a suit against Mr. Asaduddin Owaisi for slandering her reputation. She accused him of being the cause of her defame and filed a 100 crore defamation case against the MP of Hyderabad. It was an obvious step from her side as he was the first one to complain against Dr. Nowhera Shaik.
Following the complain made by Mr. Asaduddin Owaisi, other Heera Groups investors also voiced their grievances. In Parliament, they falsely asserted that the Heera Groups owe investors Rs. 50,000 crores. Additionally, Mr. Asaduddin Owaisi also attempted to harm the Heera Empire’s reputation during a public rrally Well, to bring justice, the court has directed Mr. Asaduddin Owaisi to appear before it on September 26, 2022.
Action is taken against the fake claims
Mr. Shahbaz Ahmed Khan was another essential individual in advancing the roots along with Mr. Asaduddin Owaisi. He is the founder of the Heera Group Victim Association as well as the leader of All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen. Well, this was the foundation that incited political animosities against the Heera Group to distort its image. They did this in an effort to misrepresent Dr. Nowhera Shaik and extort money from her.
In addition to this, he also launched a hate campaign on social media against Heera Group and Dr. Nowhera Shaik. In response, Dr. Nowhera Shaik filed a defamation suit of 10 crores against him.
Dr. Nowhera Shaik warns the accusers
Leading from the front, Dr. Nowhera Shaik had appeared before the court and submitted documents against the two. She stated, “With an intention of extorting money under the political game plan, it’s a planned conspiracy by these people”. Further added, “The days are not far when these people will surrender and pay for their deeds”.
Expressing her anger, Dr. Nowhera Shaik said that it’s completely wrong to raise false allegations against a women-run institution. It’s because they made them with their blood and sweat and hence, every woman should fight for such discredits.
