Heera Group Supreme Court hearing update : Heera Group is a venture which is very well known for its excellent service, reliability, and privacy policies. Police Nowhera Shaik was forcefully taken into custody blamed on some fraud cases. However, Nowhera Shaik was released, and all the accusations against the Heera Group were dismissed soon after. Regarding some aftermath of this issue, a Supreme Court hearing was held on 12th May 2022.
Supreme Court’s Stand on this Matter
Honorable Magistrate also pointed out that none can appeal an action to be a crime if the SFIO Helpdesk was involved in the private office.
The respective opposition party was then asked by the Court of Justice to explain why the Heera Group’s official bank accounts had not yet been de-freeze when they were already proved innocent by the Supreme Court of India. He ordered them to hasten the process very shortly since it is delaying the Heera Group’s decision to pay their respective investors as early as possible as they had promised.
The Final Course of Action
After that, Mr. Raju, a highly educated solicitor general of the Serious Fraud Investigation Office (SFIO), was also inquired if he would need any form of assistance from the tech team of Heera Group to retrieve the data lost if any.
The SFIO also registered an FIR against The Heera Group recently. Hence, the Court dismissed the FIR stating that they were only trying to divert the severe issue to something very trivial. Both the Heera Group and the SFIO were requested to co-operate with each other, respectively.
The Heera Group of companies had been struggling with the accusations for a long time, and they are expecting good news and expecting that the situations come in their favor.
